STAFF REFLECTION MEETING WAS SUCCESSFUL

From march 14th to 18th 2011 the APHEDA Solomon Islands skills project had held its first reflection meeting in the phase three of the project calender at SIDT conference room. The meeting was conducted successfully as all the project staffs (both office staffs and PLCs) have attended the meeting. During the meeting certain valuable agendas were discused such as the Strength Base Approach (SBA), Monitoring and Evaluations (M&E), Finance Management (Budgeting & Aquitals), CLC concept and so on. Also we were fortunate to have two guest speakers, one from SICHE school of Industry and Mr. Billy Mae fro SIAVRTC office. It was a green light for the project CLC partners as their establishment were being recognised by other funding agencies and donor partners. Hence, this was a big achievement for the project as it take the lead in building the capacities of the CLC partners to be recognised nationally. The it was a green light to the centre sustainability despite the exit of the SKILLS project in next two years.
